If your time is limited you have to compact your day as best as best as possible. Our advise is to do at least a guided tour to get the best result.
Our advise for a walking tour::
1. Do a walk from the Market square to the Church of Our Lady
2. Visit the Basilica of the Holy blood
3. Visit the church of our Lady
4. Spent at least 15 minutes on the Market square to overview it's heritage
5. Climb the Belfry tower
