And you never have to watch the clock: we always have you back at the port one hour before departure.

1. Are all your tours private?
Yes. Every tour is private, just for you and your group, from 1 to 20 people..
2. What kinds of tours do you offer?
Historical walking tours (with an optional canal cruise), bike tours in and around Bruges, and culinary tours. We also offer a churches tour and customized tours on request.
3. Are admissions included?
Yes, admissions are included in the price of all our tours, except the customized tour.
4. How long are the bike tours?
Bike & History (city centre): 5 miles, 3.5 hours Countryside tour to Damme: 10 miles, 3.5 hours, ending with a historical walk and a drink on Damme's market square. Day tour to the historical ports of Bruges and 't Zwin: 20 miles, 7.5 hours, with lunch in Sluis
5. Where do the bike tours start?
The bike station at the left side of the Bruges railway station.
6. Can I ride an e-bike?
Yes, e-bikes are available for €25 extra..
7. Can children join the bike tours?
Absolutely. We have solutions for kids aged 3 to 15. For families, we recommend the countryside tour to Damme.
8. Can I combine two tours in one day?
Yes, several combinations work well: Countryside bike tour + culinary tour, city bike tour + culinary tour, city bike tour + churches tour, City bike tour and countryside bike tour, Historical walking tour and countryside bike tour. The city bike tour and the historical walking tour cover the same ground, so we don't combine those.
7. Do you offer evening tours?
We have one: the Private Bruges Historical Walking Tour with Chocolate Treat, starting at 5pm. There are no later tours, as most monuments close at 5pm.
8. Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are welcome on walking tours, but not on bike tours.
9. I'm arriving on a cruise ship in Zeebrugge. Can you help?
Yes. We pick you up at the cruise terminal one hour after your ship arrives and drive you to Bruges in an air-conditioned Mercedes-Benz (about 25 minutes). You're always back at the port one hour before departure.
10. We're arriving by coach. Where do we meet?
Coaches drop off at a fixed point about a 20-minute walk from the Market Square. We'll meet you there and start the tour from that spot.
